Mini Coin Purse Tutorial

  1. http://www.made-by-rae.com/2009/02/free-buttercup-bag-sewing-pattern.html - a great free pattern/tutorial for a lovely bag - simple but looks complex - I think it is great because you can easily print off the pattern pieces (fit onto A4 paper) and the instructions are really clear to follow!
I am now following your blog thanks to the lovely Lisa Lam of U-Handblog.

  2. kitschy coo is the (other!) queen of tutes: http://kitschycoo.blogspot.com/2010/08/tutorial-drawstring-gym-pe-kit-backpack.html

I'm not much of a sewer, so I like that she writes instructions easy enough for people like me to understand.

  3. You make it sound so easy I am going to attempt this soon. Will have to get the sewing machine back out of the loft.

It's one of my favorites because it got me sewing zippers--so easy.

  10. I just left a link to the giveaway on my blog's sidebar. http://kluckingbear.blogspot.com/

  12. This tutorial by jcaroline creative is great:

Everything is specified (good for people like me who like exact instructions!), so you know just what you need beforehand. There's also step-by-step photos, and of course a great result at the end, it makes an adorable hobo bag! ^_&

  21. Your fabric patterns are so cute. I am currently addicted to making purses too. I was hooked on mini zip purse but have since moved on to metal frame purses. Their puffy-ness makes it oh so cute =)

Please check them out @ http://mspiggii.blogspot.com/

  22. Very nice tutorial, I couldn't help noticing that we have the same sewing machine and it made me smile :)
I also posted some tutorials on my blog, have a look at it:
